Don’t use this moving company. First off they took 14 business days to deliver my stuff from Indiana to New York when they said 3-10. But that isn’t even my biggest problem. They took apart my things and didn’t attach the bolts & screws so I have to go around to hardware store’s purchasing new ones. The biggest problem I’m having is they did not give Me my wooden slats for my bed frame. Making my bed useless and I’ve been sleeping on the floor. I call the mover and he tells me he found them. And that he would bring them to me today. I call this morning he’s blocked my number. Customer service is no help. Why tell me you have my slats then block my number? I’m beyond upset. I feel disrespected. I would never ever trust them with my belongings again.

This company is the worst moving company ever. They broke the all of the furniture that I requested them to move for me. This furniture was worth more than $2,000. Everything was damaged!!! They offered me a check of .60 cents a pound per items that were damaged ……Talk about slick…. My delivery was back in March , we are currently in June and I still have not received the “check” I was supposed to receive for my damaged furniture. I was charged $150 per television to box it for it to be completely broken. They tried to tell me I never paid extra to package my television. My total cost to move a studio apartment cost $2,950! I lost all my hardworking money that I spent for my furniture. Such a SCAM!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The claim departments never answers your call, neither does the company. They give you the run around every time you call. At this point I believe my number is blocked because no one answers me or my wife's call.
