We couldn't have asked for better help during our move from Florida to NY than Dylan and Scott from United Van Lines. Their clear communication, prompt service, and efficient work ethic were truly commendable. We were amazed by their strength and how quickly they got everything done. If you're looking for assistance with your move, I highly recommend their services.

A man named Peter keeps spamming my voicemail telling me that their company has availability for my upcoming move. I never even called this company but had requested information 1.5 months ago online for a national moving registry and already contracted with a different company. When I placed this request, United spammed me for days, even though I prompted out via text. When I answered one of the daily calls from them, the man I spoke with tried to insist that the company I already contracted with was going to overcharge me the day of my move. I told him my decision was final.

As of last week, I'm now receiving daily spam calls with voicemails from a localized number in Albuquerque, so I called the local number yesterday to complain that I'm not interested in their services and was told my file would be deleted. Just received another voicemail from Peter, so called again. A man named Sam was rude to me on the phone and said they were just responding to an information request and that 'if I didn't stop speaking to let him explain, he'd leave my number in their file and to not call them again.' Unprofessional, aggressive, delusional, and rude. Glad I contracted with a reputable company. These guys are acting like scammers. After reading other reviews, this is apparently one of their tactics. Get a clue and stop calling people who aren't interested in your services. Happy to report you to the BBB, Sam & Peter.
