THEIR INSURANCE IS A JOKE AND ANOTHER SCAM, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR COVERAGE- EVEN WITH FULL COVERAGE, THEY SAY, I QUOTE, 'ITS NOT INSURANCE ITS COVERAGE' AFTER THEY LIE AND TELL YOU NOT TO WORRY, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM!! WILL BE CONTACTING ATTORNEY GENERAL AND BBB

Terrible company. I arranged a cross country move. Belongings were supposed to be insured. They delivered a table broken. Once they dropped the things off, they told me they would contact me for insurance information but never did, they also wouldn't return my calls. Once they get their payment and their tip, the smiles and the phone calls are all gone.

After the move,we got an additional bill for third party charges For $722 for charges not informed of prior to move, $200 extra for a delivery fee that should only be $35. Driver demanded crating a TV That was not necessary and 3rd party had to cone back out which was an added charge.

My widowed mother moved using this company and they contracted some guys to move her. They stole a bunch of her stuff and charged her to use the entire truck otherwise they wouldn’t move all of her stuff. On top of that they packed the front of the truck very poorly to where there was gaps in the front of the truck so less stuff would fit. She ended up having to throw a ton of stuff away. Avoid this company. They contract unreliable and untrustworthy individuals to help people move.
