Rented two 16' Units for move from NC to MI. Experience was very productive and positive from initial call, through drop-off and pick-up. Driver negotiated dropping and placing the Units exactly where needed at end of rural dirt road. Pick-up was just as accommodating. They were nice enough to locate and return an Air Tag I forgot and left behind. Gina. in long distance Operations, was receptive and responsive to all my concerns and questions. Should have not paid as much, but that's on me. $6k for two Units, included 30+ day rental and 650 miles travel. Paid a premium, but received premium service every step of the move. No hesitation recommending and or using Units for future moves.

This was my SECOND time using UNITS, this time as a move across the country… literally Las Vegas, NV to Atlanta, GA. The ENTIRE team with UNITS LONG DISTANCE made this process SEAMLESS! What I was quoted in the beginning is what was charged. There were no hidden or surprise charges at the eleventh hour. It was what they said it would be. The container arrived at its destination in record time. They communicated with me along the way.

Once it arrived in Atlanta, they communicated that as well. Simultaneous with my move, one of my seller clients was relocating from Atlanta to Dallas, TX and I shared UNITS LONG DISTANCE contact information with them. They too, booked their move and experienced an amazing relocation, too!

The UNITS provide great equipment, schedule flexibility, and show punctuality. The staff at different locations is very friendly and helpful. Price is quite competitive. I am very pleased.
