Reliable, friendly, knowledgeable. They answer when you call, no call center, and the product and service are the Best In Atlanta year after year. You need storage, you call UNITS.

We recently moved out of state and were thinking of using that other company that starts with a 'P' ? and decided to go with UNITS instead (per a recommendation from a Redditor) and so happy we did! The people that work for this company are very personable and if you have questions they either answer when you call or they always get back to you! We had such a great experience from drop-off to pick-up on both ends and I will definitely use them in the future!
Highly recommend if you are looking for something easy to schedule/set up and a company with employees that are not only super friendly but communicate every step of the way!

Alvin, Marquis, and Sherman alol three simultaneously appeared with trucks hauling Units!! They arranged them in my driveway perfectly with their cool wireless machines. My driveway is inclined, but that was no problem for them. Phillip has been a great listener and leader. The Units are all steel with e-tracks and barn doors. Huge! Units is forever my go-to for storage!!

Treated me like a small family oriented company would.
