These folks are the best. I've rented several of their units over the years and they haven’t missed a beat. Whole team is incredibly accommodating, communicative, and punctual. Prices seem fair too. Today, Rob came by to retrieve one of their units, but when he arrived I still had several items to remove. Rob saw I needed some help and offered a hand instead of punching the clock. Super friendly, upbeat and optimistic. Thanks again.

We were removing last month and on a moments notice your company was able to send out first one Unit.. Then a few days later a second one for us. This was on a Sunday, and they were able to sent it out within hours! I am so pleased and highly recommend your company to anyone needing a portable storage container. The customer service during afterward was superb. The representative I talk to was named Ken and he couldn’t have been more helpful! Even when one time I didn’t properly lock the back of the storage and I was away and they had to come back later. I felt so bad but he said it was no big deal. I would give him more than five stars, if possible, highly recommend!

Sept 2024-Jan 2025: This was our second time using Units to store our home contents while we dealt with water damage. What a testament to the professionalism & integrity of the company, that not only were they as great to work with as before, but our experience was even better. Daniel remembered us from 2021, was so easy to communicate with, got us set up for the dates we needed, answered all my questions patiently, & was really kind. Rob & Anthony expertly got the unit set up & picked up, with no worries of damage to our property. They explained what they were going to do, & didn't mind us watching the process. Our furniture was in great shape when we unpacked it, despite being in there for several months. I was also happy to learn they offer moving out of state, and we will definitely use their services when we move. So happy to have Units of Austin in our community!

2021: From the first call with Jon to get info, pricing & schedule, to speaking with Belinda to confirm, and finally to Charlie delivering our Unit, this has been such a smooth & pleasant experience. It was cool watching Charlie easily navigate our Unit into our carport with the robot. The Unit was spotless inside and looks very well sealed to keep out bugs and dirt/dust from our house construction. Very satisfied with Units of Austin, and happy to give them 5 stars!
