I originally got an online quote (other companies were cheaper) but one of the owners called me directly and was able to beat the competition. Great customer service. We received a new clean unit. The drop off driver Raymond was excellent. He made the unit level and was very helpful. It was just picked up by Joe. He was great as well. Nothing negative to say about the experience. Everything was great. Highly recommend

From the initial phone call asking for info, to booking, to drop off, a seamless experience so far. There was no pressure to book, friendly and helpful with info on the phone. And Ray who dropped the unit off was FANTASTIC! His precision with the drop off forklift, remote control and all was impressive. I appreciate the effort he took to place the container where he did, and friendly helpful disposition explaining how to open, close the unit, etc was appreciated. Thank you!

Definitely recommend Units to everyone! The process was very easy , they are very professional and friendly welcoming staff as well as punctual with time and product. The units are super clean , spacious The placement of the unit was quick and they made sure that no damage occurred to its placement and surrounding. Pick up was just as easy and as punctual. I would definitely use and recommend them anytime.
