Excellent, prompt communication, competitive pricing, and every one was very nice, from the person who quoted me to the person who processed my order to the person who delivered the unit. I can't recommend them highly enough and would use them again without hesitation. The customer service cannot be beat.

We used UNITS of CT for our home move and it was one of the best decisions we've made throughout the moving process. Jeff was super nice, professional, and communicative and was able to schedule us for a unit drop off the day after our request. The unit comes on a modified remote control forklift (for lack of a better word!) and was easily able to fit through our tight driveway to our back garage area. It is able to face either direction depending on where you want the door to fill the unit. The unit was clean and dry and we were even able to purchase a lock and rent rachet straps for the move. Ray completed drop off at our old house and pickup from our new house, and Joe did the move of the full unit between homes. Both employees were top notch and took ultimate care of our items in the unit and were respectful of our property. We ended up paying about half of what we were quoted by other storage unit companies, so the value was tremendous. I would 100% recommend the UNITS team to anyone moving or needing storage!

Jeff and his crew are truly amazing. They delivered the unit a month earlier, just so I could load my furniture once construction started in our home. Thank you, guys. Would definitely hire them again 5 + stars from me.
