UNITS Moving and Portable Storage of Detroit

Working with UNITS has been one of the most incredible customer experiences I have ever had. When a different moving service fell through about 48 hours before the end of my lease, I was understandably a bit panicked. Jo with UNITS Detroit was beyond helpful every step of the way (not to mention helped calm me down)! Billy, part of the department that does long distance moves, was similarly fantastic - friendly and reassuring and incredibly helpful and communicative. The delivery driver was professional and efficient and, again, so friendly. They had a unit at my home within about 20 hours of my first call. Moving across the country is stressful; having your plans fall apart a few days before multiplies that stress; my experience with UNITS has completely addressed my panic. Oh, and the unit itself is super maneuverable for my narrow driveway, comes with a lock and 4 straps, and was clean and in great shape. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent company. Fantastic customer service, very great communication, no issues whatsoever. Moving and anything associated with it generally sucks, but using UNITS was the easiest and smoothest part by far. The UNIT was clean and easy to load, was picked up and dropped off exactly when I wanted, honestly couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

Units of Detroit is very professional and accommodating during my garage reconstruction. I stored the unit at my home and when I needed it moved during the construction process, they were there in a timely manner to put it where I needed it.

I highly recommend UNITS Moving and Portable Storage of Detroit. I needed temporary storage while we remodeled our finished basement, and Mike from Units, who delivered our container, was able to expertly place it right next to our basement door, making it very convenient to haul items in and out of our basement to the container. Mike was fantastic, and expertly controlled the remote controls that placed the unit exactly where we needed it, all without ruining my lawn.
I couldn’t recommend this company enough to anyone looking for portable storage options. Great communication before and after delivery, and they picked up the unit promptly when we notified them we were done using it.
