Jo Mullins, from Units of Detroit, was very personable and knowledgable. She promptly returned my call; asked relevant questions regarding our storage needs; made a recommendation on size: 12' x 16' unit; and explained the rental terms, including delivery and pick-up.

Everything went as planned, Mike, the delivery technician, contacted us to confirm dates and times for drop-off and pick-up. It was fascinating to watch how the Unit was managed by Mike, electronically with a computer moving the unit into place.

What a wonderful company. Right there when I needed them. Had a basement flood needed to move stuff out fast. Called the very next day they sent out a storage unit. Got to keep it as long as I needed it. When I was finished using it they came within 2 days to pick it up. If you need a storage unit call Units of Detroit. What a great place.
