There is a reason this company has 5 star reviews - they give 5 star service. I received a friendly, quick response to my initial call and a delivery was scheduled just when it was needed. There are low wires in my neighborhood but this was no problem for UNITS. The unit was delivered quickly and efficiently to my home. It was picked up today with the same friendly and professional service AND the cost was very fair and competitive. Thank you Joe and Michael.

I initially chose UNITS of Greater Philadelphia based on their price, which was far lower than several competitors that I researched, but I would choose them again in a heartbeat because their customer service, and the quality and cleanliness of their container, is above and beyond. They’re so easy to deal with and are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were prompt with scheduling both delivery and pick up, and were careful when moving the container into/out of a somewhat tricky spot. Its unfortunately a rare occurrence to have a good experience with or be impressed by any businesses these days but UNITS was great and I highly recommend them!

We used Units for our fire restoration company and they are GREAT!!! Mike the owner couldn’t have been more friendly and skilled at the delivery process. Their way of delivering the storage unit is nothing short of “state of the art” and well advanced when compared against all their competitors! 100% using them again.
