UNITS Moving and Portable Storage of Indianapolis

Units of Indy were great to work with. They were an asset in helping us move our home. They were prompt in answering any and all questions and were very easy to work with. The driver Jim was polite and courteous,and he really pays attention to detail and care when moving the units. If we could give them a 10 stars we would! We would definitely use them again in the future if needed. Thanks guys! You were awesome!!!

Simply put the best team ever, I had a hard schedule, but the team led by Brian help deliver exceeding my expectations, working with me to help me move. They were so gentle and geniu with me. When I was worried of product in my refrigerator getting spoiled. Brian made sure I was taking care of and deliver my container on a timely manner. I wish every company care about people like Unit does and not just money/ financial aspect. Thanks unit

Our portable storage container was delivered by Tim today and he was the consumate professional, asking me questions to be sure he followed our instructions for placement, etc. It soon became apparent that I had woefully underestimated what we needed and in a bit of a panic, I called Brian at the office and explained my dilemma. We had movers coming the next day to load and I was not going to have enough storage space. The next thing I know, Grizel notified me that she was en route with another storage unit. I was so appreciative of the Units of Indpls. team going the extra mile to provide us with what we requested on such short notice. Thank you to the Units team. I highly recommend their service.

Update: 3 months later, the UNITS team picked up our storage containers even in inclement weather. Their service is exceptional and responsive to our requests even when it was not planned. I highly recommend this group of professionals.
