We used there service for a few days For short-term Storage, and they did a great job…. COMPARE to ‘PODS’, & you’ll see UNITS STORAGE® is (i) WAY More Respomsive, (ii) a SAFER ALTERNATIVE for your goods, (iii) and A little bit LESS MONEY too!!!

I’ll tell you my full story… Our shop, Brickell Mattress® is a luxury shop that needed to store some delvate building materials inside a storage container for a week or so… first I BOOKED THROUGH A DIFFERENT company: “Pods’, who TOTALLY screwed us!!

After being screwed earlier in the day & calling about seven places, I finally ended up with “UNITS Moving + storage”, Who I called at 8pm the NIGHT Before we were to start Construction, and they still were able to show up 14 hours later…

• Their STORGE CONTAINER was 100% SEALED, Which means the elements aren’t going to seeping from the floor or ceiling like with the “PODS co.’s 20’ steel containers…. That’s a huge detail of me…
• **COST** UNITS was the cheapest option for a Large Storage Container rental after factoring: Monthly RENTAL FEE, Delivery FEE & Pickup FEE… The next best option was $368 MORE!!!
• UNITS was able to fit the full size 16’ CONTAINER through a very tight alleyway— Around 10’ wide, with the use of a remote-controlled forklift, which is very random but impressive nonetheless!!
• they came through in the clutch huge and I really appreciate it… As a business owner myself, I know how terrible It is for someone to leave you hanging when everything else relies on that person showing up. I also know how thankful wine can be when someone’s Swoops in and saves the day{which is exactly what I feel UNITS STORAGE did!!

§§ My service experience w/= ‘PODS STORAGE’, aka THE COMPETITION or 1000lb gorilla of the mobile storage container industry:
(I gave them a 10 day prior notice and I pre-paid, but after showing up they said there was a stop sign in the way, so they would have to come back later after we quote handled the removal of the stop sign so the truck could get through“… so of course being the day before our team what is the fly end for the renovation, I paid for someone to come remove the sign, and waited for them[i.e. PODS Truck driver] to deliver the 20ft container… well this jerk never showed up… AS IT TURNS OUT, The manager of the local ‘Pods storage business’ LITERALLY DECIDED IT WAS TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE to DELIVER a STORAGE CONTAINER Behind our Retail Location, SO he CANCELLED the Order without a word—or CALL, or EMAIL, or TEXT MESSAGE… he just pulled a Miami special & left us Twisting in the breeze… NOT BEFORE ASSESSING A CANCELLATION FEE however… these guys are absolute clowns, and though they are the most widely known container storage company, I highly recommend you go with somebody else!!)

The whole experience and service was Awesome. If you need to rent a storage unit don’t look for another place - we highly recommend.
