UNITS Moving and Portable Storage of NE Kansas

This is our second use of Units NE Kansas and third experience with the franchise in all. Each time from the start you quickly understand they are professional and versed in their craft. Caleb was a breeze to work with, making sure my needs were covered and all the paperwork was done quickly after I decided on container size. The container drop-off was perfectly executed by Eli. I told him where I needed the container placed and that was it. He devised the best way to do so. Eli ran the remotely controlled forklift like it was an attachment to his body. Mindful of my property the whole way. The entire process was on time and within my budget. I hope I never have to move again, but rest assured; I'll be calling Units NE Kansas if I do. Need to move? Very responsive and timely service. They provided a storage unit to my driveway same day that I called. They were very flexible with my shifting plans, and finally got my storage unit delivered to my new address, and removed the next day after I had it emptied out. It has been a lifesaver for packing all the items I would need immediately after moving into a new place.

Scheduling was so easy and the communication was great. Took all the stress out of moving.
