Reasonable prices and good company

I will not use this company again. They have agreements in place that are not good business practices. I paid for one month and understood I needed to cancel 7 days before the next billing period however, u didn't not need to unit. U was charge for another month and ate the cost. I requested a pick up and was told I still needed to pay a pick up fee despite paying for a unit I will not use the next month. I think this is a bad business practice and not customer friendly. I will never use them again.

Units makes moving easy! We had fantastic experiences with the independent franchise operators at pick up and drop off. We appreciate the clear pricing, flexible/adjustable scheduling, and surgical placement and extraction of our 16-ft units.
