This was my first time to use a portable storage container for any purpose. Moving is a very stressful event to say the least, but the staff at UNITS eliminated the element of what to temporarily do with my stuff, while I was moving and selling my house. I used Units to store the contents of my garage while repair work was performed on the concrete. I worked with Chad and my experience was great. Very convenient, I was able to handle all arrangement on the phone, my 16ft storage unit was delivered and place on my driveway. Texts messages kept me informed of the drivers location and announce when they arrived. The exact placement of the store unit was handled by their unique robotic forklift, you have to see this thing in action. I highly recommend this company.

All I can say is WOW! This business was so easy and professional to work with! We needed a unit for our garage project. The unit was in amazing condition; it was placed in our driveway as scheduled. We ran a little over our scheduled time and were accommodated without issue. Each person we spoke to on the phone was top notch … obvious that the customer experience is their primary focus.
