UNITS Moving and Portable Storage

I want to thank you. In a time of pure chaos and absolute confusion your company and the employees made it so easy for me to transport my furniture. But that isn't the service you provided, Christine was sweet and so personable. She was in constant communication with me and updated me thruout the process. Jason got us our unit a whole day before we were scheduled and the other driver ( didn't get his name) we're so helpful and kind.
You probably are unaware of how much of a difference you made to us. Downsizing 20 years of memories into a smaller apartment was difficult but the employees were compassionate and considerate. I would refer you to the most pickiest people.
Your service is outstanding and your employees are to be commended for the delicate task we faced. One of the best storage/moving companies. I recommend you highly.

I had a wonderful experience with using Units to help with my move. I got the container for a whole month so I got to load it and they picked it up and moved it and I unloaded. It was great because the move less stressful.

Parker at UNITS went above & beyond with our rental of the container! He responded to my inquiry immediately & from that initial contact, it was nothing but professionalism. From the setup to drop off to moving the container to final pick up, Parker was constantly in contact with me to ensure I was satisfied! Chris, who moved my container, even called to make sure he was placing it in the correct location in the driveway of our new house!! Who does this?!? UNITS does, that’s who!!! Their prices are much less than that other company & I’ve heard nothing but negative feedback about that other company as well. If you want friendly customer service, professionalism & care of your belongings, then you need to call UNITS!!! Thank you, Parker, for making a stressful move easier for us!!!!
