Responsive, friendly and reliable

Quick and fantastic service. Very easy to rent the unit which we had for 8 months during a renovation. On hours notice (can’t say this would always happen) we needed the unit moved for unexpected utility work. They came and moved it to allow completion of an ongoing utility project. I highly recommend.

Moving is and always will be a nightmare. We went back and forth with whether or not to get a storage container, and honestly, it was by far the only thing that kept me sane throughout the process. Ramin (sp) was so attentive to every call,text, or email, and every request or question we had no matter the time of day. He delivered the UNITS container the day we wanted and even sent us a picture upon delivery to confirm it was placed exactly where we wanted. It was plenty big and so clean. He even delivered to us straps that we requested at a later time that we didn't think we needed at the time of delivery. On moving day, we were still filling the unit so we asked if we could have more time and he accommodated the request and when he arrived he even allowed us more time to get a few more things in. I'm so happy with him, the service and container but even happier that we didn't go with the bigger name company (you know who I'm talking about). I can't emphasize enough how much easier our move went because of this man and this container. If you are on the fence about getting a container and who to get it from, stop thinking and start filling your UNITS now.
