Units was easy to deal with and was very helpful in my situation. We had a house fire which meant we couldn't enter our house at all but still had to mow our half acre lawn so I was able to store my mower and garage items in the unit on my property. The only downside is it does take about 21-30 days for them to schedule a pick up but they do tell you that up front. Friendly and professional staff. Price was about the same as onsite storage so very reasonable.
