This was a wonderful experience! From the receptionist who gave thorough information to the young man who delivered the unit, there was exceptional service. This is a family-owned company that goes above and beyond to please customers. The unit I used was spotless inside and out, no dents, rust, or wear and tear. I can’t say enough about this efficient, courteous, local company.

Thank you Units of Kansas City! They delivered a unit to my home this morning, Tommy the driver was so kind and polite. He put the unit right where I wanted it. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and his job. The company Units has a great setup, they sent me a tracker link of the driver Tommy, so I knew exactly where he was and when he would arrive. I will be recommending the company units for those of you that need their services. I would rate them at a 10 being the best you could get! ?

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Their service was top notch and the pricing was excellent. I highly recommend. They were on time and even were flexible with me last minute when our closing date changed. I couldn’t be happier. They are also locally owned and operated so that made it even better!
