I had been using another storage container company for years for business purposes. Every bit of that other company seemed to always be a struggle from website, to billing, to delivery and pick up. This forced us to make a last minute change the other day which brought us to UNITS. So happy for the change!!! I spoke with Lee, moved extremely quick through the sign up and order process. The container was dropped at the location with absolutely no issue. I was not able to be at the jobsite that day (emergency services doesn't always go as planned) so the driver Randy (such a nice guy to work with) worked with me by phone and messaging and got the container in place and on schedule. Outstanding customer service by everyone I have worked with so far and look forward to using them in the future when the job requires an onsite container. Thank you!
