This company is hands-down an absolute pleasure to deal with. From my great initial conversation with Lee about the service, to the timely updates from Barbara, and the exceptional delivery experience from Gery. We painted a target area to drop off the UNIT and he nailed it spot on! I was so impressed that I had to share the picture! Maybe he should be dropping modular homes on foundations as a side job! I would give this company 6 stars if it was possible. If you need this kind of service in Northern NJ, forget making other calls, this is definitely who you want.

Just plain simple and actually fun to work with. Best price around. So friendly. Great team. Take all the hassle out of something that other companies would torture you with excruciating detail for.

Everything from start to finish was great. Had to cancel the pick up twice because we were not ready and it was seamless and they did it with no problem. Unit was well put together clean and in functioning order. I would definitely use them again.
