Highly recommended, plenty of flexibility to keep the unit longer than anticipated, the machine they use to unload and load the unit allows them to place it in tough to get to spots that make your life much easier. The pricing seemed reasonable, service was quick, and we were always able to get a hold of someone day of. Thanks Mike!

We chose UNITS due to their positive Google reviews, but our experience was far from satisfactory. We feel compelled to warn others about their poor practice and lack of professionalism.

First, reaching Mike (operations manager) or Rich (owner) via phone was nearly impossible. Despite promises to return calls within 30 minutes, I often received no callback at all.

The entire process was disorganized from the start. They forgot multiple moving supply items we ordered and initially offered us a 20 ft container, but later informed us that it was not available due to a lower weight limit. Also, our container was not picked up on the day scheduled for, despite numerous calls. Two days later, the container was picked up without advance notice.

On moving day, the movers showed up 2.25 hours late without any prior communication. We thought we’d have to reschedule with another company, causing us immense stress as our house was to be closed the next day.

To make matters worse, UNITS quoted us a 2-man moving team at $180 per hour, but a 3-man crew showed up and we were charged $220 per hour. They argued they made the decision for us in our interest. This kind of unprofessional, unilateral decision-making is unacceptable.

The final straw was the damage to our furniture. We sent pictures, but Rich insisted on coming inside our home to see it in person. We deemed it highly inappropriate, and offered to send more pictures.

In summary, dealing with UNITS Moving and Portable Storage added tremendous stress to our moving process. Their disorganization, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior were beyond frustrating. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to check BBB complaints or stay away from this company.

After working with the fellas at Units, PODS is a 4 letter word. Lightning fast service, easy to work with and very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys in the future!

This company is incredible. Clean unit, great customer service, awesome communication, favorable pricing. Don't go anywhere else.

Everything from start to finish went smoothly!! The 2 gentleman who moved the furniture were right on time, very professional, respectful and worked efficiently but I never felt rushed when I needed to make some decisions on what I wanted to go in the unit. The unit was very spacious and clean! I highly recommend this business!!!
