Worst moving experience ever. Still uncovering the damage and the clean up that was caused. Miguel did the estimate through video of my apartment. There was not enough time to finish the job so I was charged extra. The amount of tissue used to pack was unbelievable. It was not necessary, is harmful for the environment and a complete waste of paper. Disposing of the paper and boxes will take weeks to get rid of, unless you can pay to have it thrown away. They broke my plants and damaged the walls. I was told that everything they took apart would be put back together, it was not. The movers worked very hard and were friendly, but overworked and underpaid. If you want an easy move and an easy move in, this is not the right company.
