Clearly didn't want my business. I called several days ago and was told that I would be sent a quote later that evening or the next day. After not receiving a quote I gave them the benefit of a doubt and called back. I was told the quote was done and just needed to be sent. I again gave them my email and phone number and another day and a half later I have still not received a quote or a phone call. At this point I decided to hire someone else that follows through.

Were able to accommodate a very short-notice move and were gracious when I then had to move it back a couple of weeks. Movers were very nice and fast - a local move done in less then two hours. It was stressful for me but they were pleasant and friendly, which I really appreciated.

Universal Moving Solutions is top notch! Highly recommend! I've used their services three different times for local moves & plan to use them for a move out of state later in 2021. Call them first - they will treat you right.
