I used their service to move from USA to Canada. My experience was not good.
Firstly, they are expensive and not at all transparent. Although they say that they have kept buffer while generating quote, the amount will go up during your final payment. Thier quote was already 40% higher (than other quotes I had), promising that they had considered enough buffer (based on the list of items you provided) but at the end they will charge you more. In my case i reduced 2 big items but ended up paying $300 dollars more that my quote amount.
Secondly, lack of professionalism. At first, they were very responsive both via email and phone. But once the final payment was made (which was before delivery) they stopped responding to my emails and phone. That hurts, isn't it? especially when you are paying so much :)
Thirdly, bad delivery. Their partners in Canada did not deliver properly, and also damaged items while unpacking. I had to force them to help un-pack big items whereas that was part of the deal.
Silver lining, the guys who came to do the packing in US were friendly and honest. They only mentioned that the volume of my consignment was way less than the quote, but at the end when i was billed I had to pay more :).
Again, every deal, that we make in our lifetime, either gives us value or teachings. This deal taught me that every expensive service is not always the best.
Used the service to move my things from Dubai to NY, excellent work. All items arrived in great condition , team did amazing work wrapping each item carefully in paper. I had a lot of fragile items and all arrived safe. Professional attitude from the first step till the end, great follow up from the team side( I was not very responsible in filling up export forms) to clear all documents and customs.
