India custom is cleared past a month box is in India not getting delivered to us.
Weight also they cheat saying higher on what is shipped

Professional and rates are very good

We booked a full container to move from Dallas to Kolkata. Initially US sales team seemed to be very professional but the problem started during the packing. They used a not-so-good packing team and they had no clue about the timing estimate. So day 1 they packed extremely well but only achieved roughly 60%. The next day the container was supposed to come at 11 am and it was on time. So they literally packed the remaining 40% in 2 hours and it was terrible packing. Since they didn't have time, they didn't even open the dresser drawers and they packed it with the stuff inside and naturally a lot of small things were damaged for which there was no point in claiming insurance. But the bigger problem was that because of this during the assembling in India it was a treasure hunt for small parts like furniture legs, screws etc. and i can't blame India team for that. We literally had to open all the boxes in a hurry as you can imagine how 6 unloaders will do with your boxes when they are on a strict time.
Second issue was I was always told that it would take 60-70 days and finally it took 96 days. we had to pay extra 1 month rent as well as Airbnb because of this. I was told and can understand if they have no control on the shipping schedule but at least they should have given an estimate which is more realistic, based on their huge experience.
Third and very important, port duty which is a huge amount and actually we ended up paying same as customs duty, was not explicitly told to us. I agree it was written in a document that it's excluded and it MIGHT BE (mind that) applicable but it was a pretty huge cost.
Also, I wasn't told that in India, furniture is NOT assembled on the day of delivering but a day later. So, that was an additional stress, when you are thinking that finally you can sleep on your bed but you can't.
So, in a nutshell, if you are using them, be ready for extra money, huge stress and delay of more than month.
