Review:
Extremely bad unreliable services.
The shipment is not fully delivered by Umesh, who does not answer the phone / Shahbaz in Dallas, Texas, and were not unpacked, limited contract-based assembly items not done, this is second day of scheduled delivery and was done till the moment, exaggerated unfair extra charges are requested, delivery items are delayed and deliberately held.

Review:
An absolutely WORST, WORST and WORST experience with Universal Relocation.
We shipped our stuff from overseas to Texas got many damages and broken glasses, never say a sorry, or any sort of apologies to us。 Customers Service is rude and unprofessional。
NEVER use this company: Universal relocation !!!

Review:
We had an absolutely pathetic experience with Universal relocation. We shipped our stuff from India to Dallas and one of the box went missing. There were a few damages as well. When we enquired about the missing box, Universal relocation said they had the box in their warehouse and next day they said it went missing from the truck which was heading our home. After submitting claim form, their insurance responded saying we cannot claim for a missing box when I had Full insurance on the shipment. Their representative at Dallas - Umesh, never responds over calls and emails adding to the mess. It was the worst customer service experience. I will not recommend anyone to use their services.

What an absolute horrible experience!!!! Missing items and the scumbags just ignore text messages and emails. The positive reviews on here have to be fake. This is the worse company I’ve dealt with. Ever!!!!

Review:
Absolute pathetic company to work with. Shipped my stuff from US to India. Was told that port charges and custom duties were to be paid directly and to my surprise received an invoice from UR with a whopping amount. When requested for a copy of the actual charges from the port, been receiving standard response with no resolution and threatening to hold my boxes for additional fees.
Step back if you’re deciding to ship with Universal relocations!!
