Pathetic company to work with. I shipped my entire house hold stuff from India to USA. 46 boxes in April. And then 6 boxes in June. Both billed separately for us. The first shipment arrived in June and I had to keep that in storage for 3 months and paid for it to universal. The other 6 boxes arrived in august and got delivered to me in August itself. Now, in October my rest of the shipment was delivered but they lost 7 boxes. Lot of stuff damaged. Now, team is refusing to corporate and says gang only one box is missing. No one picks calls and replies to emails with multiple follow ups. DO NOT CHOOSE UNIVERSAL RELOCATIONS.

I had a very positive experience with Universal Relocations team. They packed things very safely, delivered on-time and no damages. I would recommend to go with Universal Relocations for your shifting needs.

I'm using services of Universal to ship my household goods from India to USA. I deeply regret using them. My goods are yet to arrive and I'm already seeing invoices for costs not part of the estimate. When questioned I only get a standard response but no resolution. I don't how much of additional cost I've to bear just to get my goods and not even mentioning the condition when it arrives. Please think twice before signing up with them

Non-transparent! Unprofessional! Unresponsive! Over promises ans under delivers!!

Don't take them for their word, get everything in writing!! Quotations are vastly different from final invoice. Make sure to ask detailed questions and in writing over emails. Don't fall into the traps of their sales people, each one gives a different idea and quotation too!! Get a total breakdown of every payment in detail in writing!

My experience with them has been poor. The person who made the quotations was not transparent and made promises they couldn't keep and then is explaining to me 'how their business works.' Well, that is not my concern, I, as a customer shouldn't have to learn or understand how your business works, you have to deliver your business as you advertise it! I find them extremely unprofessional and money mongers!! You will get CONSTANT reminders for payments but NO news about where your stuff is and what is happening to it! It has been over 3 months and I don't know what is happening with my stuff! There are zero updates about any of it! Oh, how I regret giving them my business!!
