Took almost 6 months to receive boxes from USA to India. Things were taken from the boxes and replaced with the padded moving blankets.

They lost my package from a shipment and I had to literally beg for status multiple times. They just called it unfortunate. They do not care for the customer. They claim to have door to door service and you pay at the beginning of shipment and then come up with surprise carrier charges at the end. This will never be indicated to you. They also try to increase volume by packing light. Please avoid this company and go with others.

Lot of hidden charges...I would never use these guys again. I paid in excess of $1500... PLS DONT USE Universal for RELOCATION!

Improper packing, packers pack to increase volume for more billing. No security on boxes packed. They can print labels again and repack. Management always supports this kind of packing. Insurance does not cover all insured even after taking premium on it. They have lot of fine printing to protect themselves, which takes all liabilities.

One cannot get compensated for loss and damages.

Very cooperative staff and decent service with highly customer friendly services to move stuff using ocean shipment between US and India.
