Very very unprofessional. DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM!
Received broken boxes and did not even get a refund. There was no point shipping.

Review:
Extremely poor communications. Our items arrived and we were given 24 hours to accept delivery or they were transferring to storage facility at exorbitant prices. We just moved to this town, no one to help handle receiving our Household goods and we had mere hours to inform our jobs that we needed time off to handle this situation. They have your belongings and threaten you if you do not comply. Could not take a chance with how they handled phone calls and emails. The actual delivery guys were already in town with my belongings before I was even contacted about a possible delivery. Delivery actually happened almost 2 months before we expected it. Thankful for tracking devices in our belongings that informed us where our stuff was. The two guys that actually delivered our stuff were great, great service and quick and efficient.. They had nothing to do with owners and schedulers on the phone. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs!!!

Review:
I shipped 5 boxes from USA to India in May 2022 and No insurance was offered to me.
Delayed - Shipment was delivered after 4 months. It came to India in less than a month and half, but was waiting customs clearance for more than 2months.
Hidden charges – Paid $$ full amount upfront, but again at the time of delivery there were surprise charges (around INR 7000) which they call it as customs charge.
Missing items – there were lot of items missing like clothes, toys, kitchen items… when complained, I was told that this is very common, shipment was handled by many parties in transit, and they cannot do anything about it.
Wow! why was I not informed about all these at the beginning ☹
