Never again with this company! Everything was moved fine but they will definitely take their hour smoke and beer drinking break on YOUR dime and move like snails to rack that money time. Oh and they will leave you a gift of their beer cans in the house you are leaving from, not to mention they tell you to leave a 5 star review for a discount of $20

Had to hire movers quickly and University movers came to the rescue. Vicki at customer service was amazing and so understanding. I was frantic and she helped me. Our movers were amazing and courteous. They asked where unlabeled items needed to be and finished quickly. Thank you again.

We used University Movers for our move from Illinois to Tennessee. They were amazing through the whole process. Vicki was so sweet and easy to get booked with. Mike, Talen, Tyson and Josh came and loaded up the truck. Mike was our driver and made sure all our stuff got to Tennessee safely and then helped unload with 2 other local guys. I can't recommend University Movers enough! They were awesome!!!

Hands down the best around!!!! We have used them multiple times and have been very happy each and evreytime. Vicki is such a pleasure to talk to and answers all my questions.

I would give them a zero if I could. We had a buffet that was damaged in our move and Vicki said she would send someone out to access the damage and give us a refund and no one ever came out to access the damage. Her excuses were busy, in the hospital, etc. I called and emailed several times for follow up and never did get a response. I’ve been waiting over ONE YEAR now. As you can see from the message history I sent 10 messages! Still no reply. I’m not sure how someone can do business with them. Our move was close to 5,000 too!
