Many broken items by movers back in May of 2024. Purchased their 'insurance' to cover any issues during the move. It has been over 6 months and they will not communicate or issue any compensation for breaking our belongings. It is sad to see companies operating this way with no remorse.

This is the second time my wife and I experienced the safe, secure and extremely professional services of University Moving and Storage of Farmington Hills, MI.
We are very pleased. The team lead by Tristan were very professional, made the entire 2 day process trouble-free and put our minds at ease.
The team went out of their way to assure us that our things were carefully handled and placed as we wished. The team never slowed down, all five on day 1 and all three on day 2 never stopped moving.
