Worst experience ever! Never use this company. They took a deposit and the movers never showed up. Then expected me to contact the person they hired from Craig's list. So basically the are a moving broker not a moving company.

Fake Non-Profit Company! Friend gave me a heads up, said she had a horrible experience and her apartment manager had to take photos and call UC Davis Police because they were sketchy.

I have never felt the need to leave a review before, but I had the absolute worst experience with this moving company. The guy who was moving my items for me was rude and very unresponsive to figure out the logistics of my move. Even the employee at the front office of my apartment complex were unsure about the company because the mover was being unnecessarily rude to her. The whole moving process was so much more complicated and confusing than in needed to be and after trying to get ahold of the mover for hours I still did not get a response until he asked for payment. He then proceeded to be rude over the phone and text message. Anyway I could go on about how ridiculously unprofessional the whole experience was, but point being take your business elsewhere. These guys might be cheaper, but so not worth the hassle.

University Student Movers made moving from two different places in Austin, TX super easy and stress free. The movers were very nice and did a great job during both the pick up and drop off. They were very quick and efficient and careful with my belongings, which were stored by the moving company for a week at a very low cost.
