Cheap and responsive comms, but it was actually outsourced to complaining local movers.

I originally thought I was supporting enterprising students, but actually it seems to be a platform where they list your job on a local site like Craigslist and take a finders fee.

Consequently we got 2 local guys who arrived late, were given the wrong address and then wouldn’t leave until they were paid directly- it was bordering on harassment.

They said I should pay for their time whilst they travelled to the correct address and that they’d been promised a longer job with more money.

Basically a scam. Threatened if we didn't take down a bad social media reviews. AVOID at all costs.

Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. The day before a move, University Movers told me they had to cancel for the following morning. They only want to communicate through text and refuse to pick up phone calls. Despite previous positive reviews, I would not recommend this company if you want reliant, communicative movers.

Great attitudes, fast movers and professional! Very reasonable and know how to get the job done. Would definitely go to University Student Movers again
