Up Front Movers

The actual movers were hard working. Up front Movers are brokers. The day of my move, the movers were 3.5 hours late,no fault of the movers, up front (brokers)did not schedule enough people (4) discussed for my move. The movers themselves had to call and find people to work. After the move I had tried to contact luis, the scheduler from 'up front' multiple times to discuss the issues, he never called me back.
So, after the move, finalizing payment with the movers, they told me to next time contact 'on the go movers', these guys hustle.

Totaly unethical and the same for American Logistics.

The worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Avoid them at all costs. Was quoted for 4 hours, it took over 5 just for the truck to be loaded. We had almost all of the boxes ready to be loaded to make it quicker/easier. Then a 2 hour drive which should not have taken over 30 minutes. They gave different excuses each time we called. They are very incompetent and have caused so many headaches. Never use them. If they’re you’re only option, you’re better off doing it yourself.

I believe I left a review on this horrible Company. We never received calls or emails back. Filed a claim for 30 +/- boxes and furniture and never got a response. The furniture showed up a month later after the first month it took for them to bring us our stuff. Still no boxes and dolly. Not sure what happened and they definitely don't know what happened. It's been so stressful and i haven't called back. They don't answer the calls from us anymore and we get no answers. They either wrongly delivered after stuff, stole our stuff and whatever with it. Pay the high fee and go with a DOT REGISTERED company. That's who they outsourced it too for the state to state move anyway. Don't use them. Heck, moving yourself would be better. Contacted the BBB in hopes they could get a response. The BBB never got a reply from them either. UPDATED. Last call i made there was a different business name for their moving company. Still no word on our magically lost double labeled boxes they picked up in 2 unmarked trucks.

This is the most unethical company I have ever worked with. They are a complete fraud! Their address points to Jet Aviation on Van Nuys, which is a private airport. Their sales people are angels before they actually pick up your stuff. Once they pick up your stuff, they call you and give you a 2x and threaten not to deliver your belongings. In addition the sales person promised me 3 - 4 business days and they ended up saying it would be more like 22 business days.
