Up Front Movers

I've been waiting for them to show up. Luis Garcia, the manager, told me that they would come between 9-10am but prior to that we agreed at 9. But until now it's 1050 still nobody is here. I called his phone and even text him but no response. I'm afraid I would ended up like others who had a bad experiences with this company. I will update later....

They are extremely incompetent and use 2nd party companies with who they cannot even get in touch with. I was promised my furniture would be in Fl within 2 weeks, it still has not let their warehouse and still no driver BUYER BEWARE!!

Run!!!!! Great sales and service until they pick up your items. After that, you get a different answer each time you call. But wait it gets better, they set the expectation that they might break the contract and will give you $90 to compensate. You will regret working with them. Don't do it!!!

They handled the items pretty bad. Dropping items from the truck. When we opened many of our boxes with fragile mark on it, the items inside were broken. Ended up paying $200 over the quote.
