I’m a repeat customer. I’ve used Up/Down Moving for past residential moves, and I recently used them to move a small business. Let’s face it - moving is terrible, but I felt reassured that Up/Down was able to minimize the chaos. The crew was great and worked incredibly hard to move a ridiculous amount of office filing cabinets and boxes upon boxes of files, in a building with no elevator! I also used Up/Down to haul away all of the items that our office could no longer use. This included some giant desks that they expertly disassembled and moved out. The crew was great and did some impressive problem-solving along the way. Up/Down’s main office was also very helpful and extremely patient with our last minute changes. Their seamless use of virtual technology made the process quick and convenient. I’m still early in the unpacking process and chest-deep in boxes. I have declared that I will never move again, but if I do, I know who to call.

I would use Up/Down Moving over and over again and recommend them to anyone looking for a moving service! Setting up an estimate and getting started with the office was easy and efficient. Our movers were incredible! We were so impressed! They were very fast and careful with the more delicate items. In addition, they maneuvered the truck into a tricky driveway on my very busy street which again was very impressive to watch. Hands down a great and easy moving experience!
