Up/Down Moving & Logistics - Northvale

Be careful when working with this moving company. We worked with two different crews to pick up and move our furniture to storage and then the third crew came to deliver.
Initial communication with Julia was great. I wasn’t home for a pick up. We had our delivery on Tuesday. Sadly lots of my furniture came chipped and scratched.
One of the beds fell from the truck as it was unloaded. It broke as well as some other pieces of furniture. Air hockey stand cracked. I am also missing all the power cords from my TVs and small knobs that hold glass shelves in the china cabinet. Some items were much better wrapped than others. If you lucky, you’ll get everything in one piece.
Delivery crew guys were nice and polite. That’s true. They were trying to accommodate as much as they could. They apologized on behalf of the original crew.

The three man crew was courteous and meticulous with all of my furniture. I could not have been happier with their services and quite frankly, this was the best moving experience I’ve ever experienced .

Professional and extreamly fast. Would recommend highly.
