All touch points at Up/Down were fantastic, friendly, flexible, and fair. My first contact, Julia was very professional and competent. She scheduled Eric, the owner to visit and provide us an estimate, who was a good man applying a straight forward business approach that a customer could understand and rely on. Fernanda came to the house to pack fragile things for six hours, and we were amazed at her quality, speed, and overall capacity to get a lot done. And our moving crew we’re no different to include George, Edgar and Angel whom arrived even earlier than expected, which we asked for. As a matter of fact, we bumped into them in the hotel in the state we were moving to the next morning and were happy to see them. Talk about a “get things done team.” There was no waiting and wondering when our stuff would get to our destination as it was a direct move, another thing I liked about Eric’s straightforward business model. No guessing, flip-flopping on promises… Just a straightforward quality, simple move. Thanks again team for everything!
