So far so good. Everything they promised

I give this storage unit 5 star review I have been here for 4 years. I love the fact I can keep my 100k plus business in these unit and not be worried about damages or theft. The staff here is polite and easy to talk to and awesome to work with. I love the automatic sensor lights that turn on with motion only down fall like all other storage facilities we get yearly rate increases. I will continue to rent from here because of the location and how it isn't so busy all the time. For 2 on ground employees the big facility is as clean as it can be and they work hard to keep everyone happy

I give it one star for many reasons. My rent has went up four times since the promotional move in period. The only excuses I’ve received are insurance and “ In order to continue to provide excellent customer service, and bring continued new resources and upgrades for our storage
customers, we find it necessary to adjust your monthly rental rate.” I paid my bill on time. My online portal never worked after I moved in so I had to either call or stop in the office days/ weeks prior to my bill being due so my payment was never late. There is someone living in one of the units or an RV. The warehouse is dark and eerie so I never feel comfortable going alone. The outside does look very unkept. If it wasn’t for the truck driving school blocking off most of the parking lot you would think it is an abandoned building.

It’s fresh and large enough to put my toys in it.
