Urban Flat Rate kept true to the price qouted and got the job done without any problem.
Had a full storage Moved to my new apartment .they retaped any opened box and wraped any furniture that would damage on transport. I will recommend them 100x over thank you

Hands down the best moving company I have ever dealt with . From the first phone call with Bill to the actual moving day , everything was seamless . They were timely and efficient, didn’t let us pick up anything , and were done in no time . Not only that , the heavy kitchen equipment that no one else could move , they moved like they were toys ! Up the stairs and everything.

Came well equipped and were very professional and accommodating. Even though I had several loose items they were able to pack them safely and got everything up the stairs in my new place very fast.

Bill and his team are so compassionate and we're willing to help out at last minute that I needed to do for my mom some months ago. They went above and beyond. I plan to use them again now since my mom is finally getting her own apt.

I truly never leave reviews on but Will and his team were so fantastic they deserve the review! Also ignore the negative review below — I don’t believe that review speaks for the experience most people have with Urban Flat Rate. Will and his team were very timely, quick, and handled my items with care. The guys were awesome and very professional! I needed help with a last minute move to my new apt from a storage unit and their price was way better than any of the big moving companies and service was on par if not better. Also I had a few extra items that I forgot to mention but they still offered me a great rate.

Would highly recommend & use their services again for all my future moves!
