Booked moving help through U-Haul, this company didn't reach out until the week of the move to inform us that they wouldn't be able to accommodate the move on that day. They refused to cancel the order, stating that U-Haul had to be the one to cancel (which was false, as we learned from U-Haul customer service).

Eventually, after sitting on the phone with U-Haul for hours, we were able to get store credit to use a different moving company, who reached out immediately to confirm the address and arrival time. The difference in communication was night and day.
