Poor customer service. Rude people. You can’t be rude with people bringing money to your business. Specially if the person is not rude to you. Disgusting service.

Allow me to share my experience from some days ago. I came in with a laminating problem. I thought what I had was a lost cause - And impossible project. Well, Steve, the owner, took one look at what I had. Problem was solved immediately. I very, very much appreciate his resourcefulness and his ingenuity. This was a very important task. Boy, am I glad I stopped in. You will, too.
