USA Moving and Storage

I am so happy I ended up using USA Moving & Storage. They were extremely responsive as my move date kept moving due to a closing being pushed back. They called the day of my move to let me know exactly what time they would arrive, which was in the time frame scheduled. The team of movers were extremely efficient and wrapped all my stuff up. I didn't have a single scratch or ding on any of my furniture. Even my plants were in great shape. Altogether I was out of my old place and into my new place in 2 hours. Moving from a studio to a 1 bedroom. I can't recommend them enough.

I feel very lucky to have chosen USA Moving. I tried to have everything packed, boxed and ready to go on moving day, but I was only 50 % ready. This team came and careful shrink wrapped all of my items and got everything ready for me. I have a new bedroom set I am still making payments on and they carefully dismantled the frame of the bed and the dresser and shrink wrapped it. They got all of my belongings and drove me to the new place. Then they pretty much put all of the furniture in the rooms they belong. They put my put my new king size bedroom set back together in the new bedroom, with no scratches. They reattach ed the large mirror to my dresser,even. My team of movers from USA movers helped me so much. They knew how to help situate my furniture at the new place as they moved me in so I did not have rearrange everything. Thank you so much gentlemen for your professional quality care for items and detail. You all earned the tip I gave, and I cannot thank you guys enough !!!

I moved from two locations into one. The quotes I received from other movers were more than twice as much. USA Movers were very punctual. I was to have 4 movers but they were short a man. So my price was adjusted and there was no shortage of man power in the 3 men that helped me. They had a very efficient system. Smooth as could be. I thought my move would take the majority of the day, but it took less than 3 hours! I found that incredibly impressive and honorable especially for a company that charges hourly. All of my items arrived in tact, and placed where I wanted. Including my piano and antique ice chest. I highly recommend this company.

We used USA Movers last month to move a few miles away from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. They sent over 4 men who were on time, courteous, and quick. We moved to a 3rd story walk up with some fairly heavy furniture and their efficiency was amazing. It ended up being a bit more expensive because we had some glass furniture that needed extra attention. But honestly, the best money we’ve ever spent because there’s no way we could have done it ourselves! I would highly recommend USA Movers!

During quarantine, I was very nervous about moving to different neighborhoods in Chicago, but USA Moving & Storage took away all my worries and hesitations. Even though the website is a little outdated, I can assure you that the quality and service are top tier, and more reasonable than the “minimalist” moving services. The movers showed up within the arrival time frame and were able to park where it would be easiest to move out. I had already staged and labeled everything before the moved, but they were quick and careful with all of my furniture. They took spark my couch and folded it up for an easier move and made sure to have any and all parts. They drove to the my new rental and brought in all the furniture with care and efficiency. They even places it in the spots I wanted them too in different rooms so I wouldn’t have to push it around by myself later. I trusted them with it all to run a quick errand while they were moving my things in. They were very kind and safe, especially during the quarantine and I couldn’t be happier with how the move went. I will refer the movers to any and everyone, no matter how big or small the move!!
