The most absolute unprofessional company. Beware beware beware they will take your money and run. Your sales person will never call you back or pick up a phone once you sign. They won’t even come on the scheduled day of move. They will call you off so many different numbers from different states and area codes. They are scammers

We had a great experience with USA Moving Corporation. On time. Very helpful. The moving guys were great. We had to move very heavy delicate equipment upstairs. They did it without a hitch. Everything made it upstairs without a scratch. We highly recommend and will use them again for sure. It was quick and simple.

Bait and switch. The sales lady, Rhonda, completely lied about being my point of contact through the whole process. She 'magically' disappeared and I had to deal with a very unorganized guy, Bill, who tried to charge me an extra 5K after all of my stuff was loaded. They showed up in a Penske rental truck 3 days late and then took 2 weeks to deliver after multiple delays. And to top it all off, only one guy showed up to unload so I ended up spending 9 hours on a Sunday moving my stuff that I paid these fools to move. Worst experience ever!!!! Stay away!!
Damaged furniture and no response on any reimbursement.
