Absolutely awful and predatory company. They promised us a date when they’d have our things delivered, that date changed five times. And was delivered almost two weeks after the initial date. They kept moving the total cost up higher and higher as they were packing our things and once everything was delivered the total cost was near a $4k increase. Once everything was delivered a lot of our things were damaged and boxes were dented. I HIGHLY advise you to find another moving company as this company is very shady in its business practices and uses its ‘veteran owned’ status to prey on people.

I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of US Moving Corporation based on my recent, deeply unsatisfactory experience.

The entire process, from the abrupt change in pickup dates to unexpected charges and a complete failure to meet promised delivery timelines, has been a nightmare. They will promise you the world, and then disappear once they have received your deposit. The lack of communication and transparency is astounding.

The company charged me double the initially quoted amount, citing elevator fees, hallway distance, and additional boxes – details conveniently omitted during the sales call. You have no time to read the fine print when they call you as they demand you sign the contract right there and then when you are on the phone with them. To make matters worse, my belongings, promised for delivery on Jan 9th-10th, are still nowhere to be seen a week later after they picked up items. The lack of a specific delivery time has forced me to spend extra on food as my kitchen essentials are inaccessible.

Communication is sorely lacking, evident in the neglectful handling of my COI request, requiring multiple follow-ups over more than a week.

This moving experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice and explore more reliable alternatives. At the end of the day, you’ll be spending more than if you would’ve gone with a more reputable company to begin with. US Moving Corporation has demonstrated a disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of integrity in their business practices.

July 5th update- you replied to my husband Dan’s review telling him he got the wrong company. He did not. He is my husband and we both dealt with you. We don’t know what’s more embarrassing and shameful- the situation or the time it took you to respond to his review- half a year later.

Updating my previous review. BEWARE. They will over charge you, ignore you and lose your stuff.

Stay Away!! At first this company will promise you the moon and stars and they will call you non stop for your business. As soon as you pay they disappear. The driver Igor was the nastiest man on the planet and had the biggest attitude. They lost a few of my items, they broke my dresser and mirror. I was contacted by a man named Charlie who I'm not sure what his title is (he had a gmail address) and he told me this company ALWAYS does this and that they know people don't read the fine print and even with insurance nothing would be covered and basically I was screwed. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

Never imagined a company in the US can be this bad. Dishonest about everything including prices and dates. Expect prices to blow up and dates to be unreliable. Communication was also terrible with them treating you like an annoyance after getting your deposit.
