Wish I had read the Google reviews first. They're spot on. Same song and dance. The space requirements changed on arrival, unnecessarily so. Delivery was uncoordinated and a pain. Communication was extremely poor. Avoid this company.

Have you ever seen the Seinfeld episode when Jerry goes to pick up his car at the rental place and they don't have one for him? He says, 'See, you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold he reservation, and thats really the most important part of the reservation, THE HOLD.'
I booked this company 6 or 7 weeks before my move from San Diego to the East Coast thinking that would reserve a secured time for them to pick my stuff up on the day that I needed, my move out day. They called me two days before my move date telling me that THEY COULDN'T MAKE IT THAT DAY! They would've been able to come 3 days later. That's three days after my lease is up. That's three days of hotels that I had booked already during my road trip. That's three days I would have to wait around for them. This is the most disappointing and unprofessional company I've dealt with. Do Not Trust Them! Luckily I found another company that was able to come and move me on short notice, but what a headache.

POS!!!! Quoted my mom $5000 then while in process of loading truck, owner says itll be more money for more area of load needed...my mom asked him to show her and he refused!!! Later we found out by one of workers we only had enough boxes, etc for the origional quoted amount!!!! Soo we were basically over charged $2000?!?!!
REFUND!!!!!!

This has been the worst experience moving to date. They egregiously increased the quote by 110%. They made us change pick up date. Left 20 of our belongings behind. Took twice as long to load and pack as estimated. And every employee I spoke to was rude and spoke over me the entire conversation. Plan on this company going out of business soon. Terrible customer service, they don’t care about you just the bottom line.

Absolute Crooks. They put me in a terrible situation. They came in with a much lower estimate to start like $4k lower than the competitors. They took 3 of my onsite estimates from other movers and decided to go with the lowest estimate but with their free storage for 30 days. I needed that storage as I didn't have a close date for the new home and needed an absolute pickup date to move out of my existing home. Though when they arrived, the guy gave me a long song and dance on how he would have to double the price. DOUBLE! $8K MORE! There wasn't a single thing I could do because of the need to move that day and the need for storage. So I went with it. My stuff arrived later than expected and with several casualties..broken lamps, antiques dented with broken handles and a leg off of a 1800's french wood table... which lasted over 100 yrs until these guys. I learned after all the estimates and strings to sell all my stuff, everything before moving cross states lines. Never use these guys, ever!
