I used Valley Moving recently to move from a town-home to an apartment a short drive away. Overall, things went well! However, my TV was somehow damaged during the move. After contacting Valley Moving about this, they were very apologetic and were quick to make things right by compensating me a fair amount. The only other thing to call out was my wooden office desk was nicked in a few areas along the top edges. Not a big deal at all. This kind of thing happens when you move, but it could have been prevented if they had padded it instead of moving it as-is. With how well they handled the issue of my damaged TV, I will definitely consider Valley again for future moves!

I could not say enough about these guys. They are awesome. I would highly recommend this company. If I could give the guys that showed up 10 stars I would.

Zero loss, damage or breakage in the 2 trucks worth of furniture & collectables delivered & unpacked. Valley’s entire staff is beyond accommodating, helpful & kind. This is a family owned business that merits the continuation of their excellent business values.
