Friendly staff. Zero issues. Convenient access.

Wonderful experience overall. Easy to get into a unit and even easier to get out of one. I had a climate controlled unit and was very happy to not have any signs of mold or funky smells. They take their pest control seriously and didn’t see any bugs or mice while there nor did I find any pests in my stuff after moving out. Highly recommend.

Representatives were very nice, welcoming, through & attentive.

Valley storage manager I think her name is Melissa, she's very helpful and and concerned that our needs were met. Especially since we were going through flood rains in our area and needed the unit and deeply appreciated her help and thoughtfulness!!
